Weekly, biweekly, or monthly — which do most people choose?
Biweekly is the most common for a family home and it is what we would suggest starting with. Weekly makes sense if you have pets, a full house, or you are simply never home. Monthly works if you keep on top of things yourself and want the heavier work handled.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No, and most of our recurring clients are not. We work from a code, a key, or a lockbox with your permission. Whatever you are comfortable with.
Will it be the same crew each time?
That is how we schedule it, and it is the whole point of a recurring plan. Consistency is what makes the difference between a service you keep and one you cancel after three months.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we arrive with professional supplies and equipment. If you want a specific product used on a particular surface — stone, hardwood, anything you are protective of — tell us and we will follow your instructions.
What if I need to skip a week or move a visit?
Tell us as early as you can and we will move it. Life happens; we would rather reschedule than have you cancel.
Should I start with a deep clean?
Usually, yes. A first deep clean resets the house and the recurring visits keep it there. Otherwise every regular visit spends its time catching up instead of maintaining.
