Before we get started
Can you work to my closing date?
Yes — that is the entire point of this service. Give us the date and we schedule backwards from it. The earlier you tell us, the more room there is to protect it if something shifts.
What if the property is in worse shape than I described?
You get a call before we start, with photos, and we agree the scope then. Nobody likes a surprise on an invoice, us included. We would rather have an awkward five-minute conversation upfront than an argument afterwards.
Do you handle carpets and specialty flooring?
Ask us about the specific property. Some carpet and floor work needs specialist equipment, and we will tell you honestly when something is outside what we do rather than attempting it and making it worse.
Do you work with realtors and property managers regularly?
Yes. If you are handling several listings or units a year, tell us — we would rather set up a standing arrangement you can rely on than quote each job cold every time.
Is move-in cleaning the same thing?
Same scope, different timing. Before you move your things in rather than after somebody moved theirs out. Plenty of buyers want it done between closing and the moving truck.
Which areas do you cover for this?
Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and Merritt Island are core, plus Cocoa, Port Canaveral, and Satellite Beach depending on the day. If you are just outside that, ask anyway.
